Matt’s passion for real estate started in his young teenage years - driving around his Toronto neighbourhood looking at homes for sale and researching the architectural design, building components and analyzing the comparative attributes of each home. He combined this passion with his love of all things construction, landscaping, building and design. Over the past 15 years Matt has been on all sides of the building process and has been an integral part of some of the most intricate and well-known construction projects, including highways and custom homes. 

For nearly 10 years, Matt has assisted sellers moving out of their starter homes, buyers moving into their dream homes and everything in between. He has now moved up from the city and has set his sights on the booming real estate market in the Simcoe County and Collingwood areas. His vast experience, keen eye for detail and his desire to remain knowledgeable in the ever-changing and fast-paced fields of real estate and construction, make him a great choice for your next move - whether it involves renovating, building, selling or buying a home. When he’s not assisting clients with moving into and out of their homes, working on construction projects, or helping to design dream homes, Matt is travelling with his wife and two sons, enjoying power-sports, and browsing on Kijiji.

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs with deep-roots in the construction industry and working in a post-secondary institution that specialized in training those in the Skilled Trades, have helped guide her to where she is today.
